Director

Matthew, with over 19 years of experience in the project management field, has worked in diverse sectors and with a wide range of clients.

He has successfully led multiple project management teams to deliver significant projects. Some of Matthew’s key skills include procurement, risk and value management, contract administration, and stakeholder management.

Matthew has experience in various sectors, including residential (including affordable housing and PBSA), commercial, industrial, healthcare, and education. He collaborates closely with clients to ensure that their schemes are viable and that the delivery route aligns with their specific scheme and objectives.

Elliot Brooks
Director

Elliot, a passionate construction professional and development expert, brings over 14 years of industry experience to Box Projects. He has collaborated with developers, contractors, and consultants to deliver a diverse range of construction projects across nearly all industry sectors.

His experience in contract negotiations, representing both contractors and client/developers, has given him a balanced understanding of the differing negotiation dynamics from each side of the table.

His involvement in private housing developments for contractors and developers has also granted him a unique perspective on construction cost and scheme management.

Tsvetelina Nikolova
Senior Consultant

Tsvetelina is an experienced Senior Project Manager at Box Projects with over 15 years practice in the construction industry.  Tsvetelina’s experience predominantly revolves around acting as Project Manager, Employers Agent / Contract Administrator and Client Representative for residential providers (both private and affordable) and commercial clients (warehouses and office buildings), utilising the JCT form of Contracts and bespoke Sale and Development Agreements. Her structural engineering background and master’s in project management contribute to in-depth understanding of her projects and she uses her vast knowledge to provide high quality pre- and post-contract services throughout a variety of sectors.

Jason O'Donoghue
Senior Consultant

Jason is a Senior Consultant at Box Projects with just under 30 years of experience in the construction industry, covering both private and public sectors. He specialises in project management, Employers Agent roles, and Principal Designer (CDM) services. With a broad background spanning speculative and affordable housing development, contracting, and consultancy, Jason delivers high-quality results across a wide range of sectors. His extensive hands-on experience ensures that he can effectively manage projects from inception through to completion, while maintaining a strong focus on client needs and project outcomes.

Kayleigh Hepburn
Project Manager

Kayleigh is a key asset to the team, supporting a variety of projects at Box Projects, including commercial and industrial schemes and refurbishments. She focuses on project and design coordination, procurement, and document control. Diligent and approachable, Kayleigh works hard to find solutions that meet clients’ needs and ensures quality throughout all phases of the project.
