About the project

Box Projects is currently acting as Employer’s Agent, Principal Designer and Cost Consultant for the refurbishment of a former Hughes Electrical store, into a self-storage warehouse, including all external work, services, access and parking areas and is due to open in June 2025. The main construction works will be operating under a JCT D&B contract but various trades (such as self-storage fit out, mezzanine floors, lift, security and access system) are appointed directly by client. The complexity of the project delivery has been managed by both client and Box Projects to ensure not only that timeframe and quality requirements are met but also the client’s budgetary requirements.
